“I was put in touch with Tessa through Timothy James Partnership. Following the death of a very dear friend, I needed to make changes and make them fast. I was abroad at the time, and my movements were extremely limited. Whilst I could look at properties online I couldn’t see how to, organise viewings in large enough quantities or for the right properties. My heart sunk at the thought of all those explanatory phone calls to different agents arranging all the timings for visits. I didn’t know the area I was moving to particularly well and imagined months and months slipping away in fruitless trips.
As soon as I spoke to Tess I knew I would be in good hands: she was extremely knowledgeable of the area, the nature of towns and villages and their links, the market and housing stock. Whilst the added costs in hiring her seemed quite costly, in doing what she said she could do she more than paid for herself in the long run.
